Meet the Team
Erin
Licensed Property Manager
Erin has been with KPM since 2005 and oversees the company's day-to-day operations and staff. Erin has been a licensed Property Manager with the South Dakota Real Estate Commission since 2010. Erin is also active in the industry through the Black Hills Chapter of the South Dakota Multi-Housing Association and previously served as its Past President.
Alana
Assistant Licensed Property Manager
Alana oversees the day-to-day operations of the front office and handles all aspects of leasing. She joined KPM in 2017 and also maintains the company's social media sites.
Ally
Maintenance Supervisor
Ally joined KPM in 2015 and does a great job of handling the vast amount of maintenance involved in property management. She coordinates maintenance with tenants, maintenance techs, and vendors, and keeps owners informed every step of the way. Ally also oversees debt collections.
Chelsie
Administrative Assistant
Chelsie joined KPM in 2024 and handles a wide range of essential office duties, including greeting and assisting clients, answering phones, and scheduling showings. She also maintains the company's website and listings.
Nick
Showing Agent/Administrative Assistant
Nick joined KPM in 2025 and shows available properties while assisting all other departments as needed.
