    Kahler Property Management has been managing property for me for over twenty years. They are the best. They keep me informed of all that's going on with my rental. They have an amazing maintenance team. I never have to worry about whether or not they will make good decisions. They always do!

    Kahler Property Management has been a great office space rental company to rent from! We started our little venture with KPM years ago and have grown from one space to our current space all while being taken care of by Tracy and her team throughout the years! Price is very affordable and the flexibility to renovate and make the space ours has been wonderful! I would highly recommend Kahler Property Management for commercial office space!

    We rented from this company for about 3 years and have nothing bad to say about them. We had a plumbing problem and drainage problems in the basement and it was fixed fast. All inspections were notified at a reasonable time and was not a hindrance. Move out was easy and received our full deposit back. Good company to rent from and to manage your property.
